As a rehabilitation clinic, we welcome patients for inpatient and outpatient stays in a high-level care environment. As part of the reinforcement of our therapy service, we are advertising a position as an occupational therapist. Your missions

• Evaluate functional, motor, and cognitive capacities, activities of daily living, and the environment
• Define and implement individualized, person-centered, and activity-centered rehabilitation goals and programs
• Restore and maintain capacities, in particular fine motor skills, sensitivity, attention, and cognitive functions
• Advise on and adjust aids, orthotics, and ergonomic devices
• Propose adaptations for the home and workplace, and contribute to risk prevention
• Support autonomy, transitions, discharge preparation, and professional reintegration
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure clinical documentation, and participate in the quality and projects of the department

Your profile

• HES diploma in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a clinical setting or a rehabilitation center
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system / insurance; clinical rigor, autonomy, sense of observation, and spirit of collaboration
• French and/or German oral and written minimum level B2, with the other language at level A2

Your tasks

• Assessment of functional, motor, and cognitive abilities as well as activities of daily living and the environment
• Determination and implementation of individual, person- and activity-oriented rehabilitation goals and programs
• Restoration and maintenance of abilities, especially fine motor skills, sensitivity, attention, and cognitive functions
• Advice and adjustment of aids, orthotics, and ergonomic solutions
• Recommendation of adaptations in the living and working environment as well as participation in risk prevention
• Promotion of independence as well as support during transitions, discharge planning, and professional reintegration
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team, clinical documentation, as well as participation in quality measures and projects of the department

Your profile

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy FH or an equivalently recognized qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a clinical environment or in a rehabilitation clinic
• Knowledge of the Swiss health and insurance system; high clinical diligence, autonomy, power of observation, and ability to work in a team
• French and/or German spoken and written at least level B2, with the respective other language at level A2
