L’Association de Police Nyon Région is recruiting a: Assistant Operational Chief - Officer Your role You support the Operational Chief in the management of the entity's personnel and are able to fully substitute for them in their responsibilities. Together, you are responsible for all the operational entities of the Police Force. You also actively contribute to the development of prevention and community policing actions of the operational entity of the Association de Police Nyon Région. Your main responsibilities Ensure, alongside the Operational Chief, the management and development of the entity's personnel; Drive and monitor the objectives of the operational entity; Propose prevention and community policing actions; Organize and supervise large-scale demonstrations and events; Draft operational orders and directives; Represent the force during internal and external meetings; Drive projects, both internally and in partnership with external entities; Assume full responsibilities of the Operational Chief in their absence. Your profile You are a field personality, recognized for your natural leadership and your ability to unite a team in a demanding operational environment. Used to making quick and thoughtful decisions, including in sensitive situations, you know how to demonstrate discernment and autonomy. Your interpersonal skills allow you to represent the force with credibility to internal and external partners.
