Your contribution

• Manage the Zofingen branch with around 60 employees in terms of task-related, organizational, and personnel aspects
• Lead the planning and execution of national highway projects up to the handover to operations
• Assume budget responsibility for the entirety of the projects and the operation of the Zofingen branch
• Participate in working groups or commissions in the creation of new planning and execution documents, standards, guidelines, and recommendations
• Participate in public information sessions and media events and participate in municipalities, professional associations, and specialist offices
• Bear the main responsibility for the areas of support, maintenance planning, project management, and investment controlling

What makes you unique

• Dipl. Bauingenieur ETH or equivalent training
• Several years of proven personnel leadership and project experience
• Sound knowledge and experience in the transport infrastructure sector
• Political intuition and experience from authority work
