The Chinderhuus Lyss is a colorful place where up to 10 children between the ages of 4 and 18 currently live. With us, there are not only challenges, but also many excursions, joint learning times, play and fun. Own hobbies and interests definitely have a place - our motto: What we ourselves like to do, that's what we can best inspire other people to do. We are organized and managed as a small institution with a daily routine in which each child finds their place and is included. Your tasks: • You are a contact person by the child's side, the rock in the surf. • You help the children to discover and develop their strengths and overcome weaknesses • You build bridges to parents and external specialists. • As an all-rounder, you have an eye for our entire institution and don't shy away from getting involved. • You participate in joint vacations and do planning and preparatory work. What you bring: • Training in social pedagogy, social work or childhood pedagogy FH • Experience in the profession and in dealing with children/young people. • A big heart, patience and the ability to react calmly to challenges. • Flexibility and optimism as well as the willingness to work together, but also the competence to manage a group independently and successfully. • The willingness to work on weekends and nights. • Training as a practice training person or the willingness to complete the training, and the joy of accompanying learners.
