Chef de partie

Supervised by the existing team, your main tasks will be the mise en place, preparation and creation of the daily dishes. You will execute the tasks assigned to you with speed and professionalism. You will be able to ensure the smooth running of the station assigned to you while respecting the current HACCP standards.

You benefit from confirmed experience of several years as a chef de partie in collective catering in Switzerland. You are capable of holding a position within a kitchen autonomously and integrating with new people. Of a calm character, you are dynamic, organized, and have good interpersonal skills. You are available for the entire period. Good command of French (B2) - Split shifts and variable holidays and salary according to CCNT Position not provided with accommodation.
