Agricultural Worker / Horse Groomer 40-60%

Are you looking for a versatile task (40% - 60%) with a long-term perspective on a modern organic farm with horse boarding?
We are a medium-sized operation with around 25 boarding horses, 10 mother cows, a flair for special crops and high-stem fruit (www.erushof.ch), which we process into must, schnapps and cider.
We are looking for an open-minded and motivated employee with experience in agriculture (e.g. Landwirt/in EFZ, etc.) who works independently and is familiar with handling horses, cows and chickens as well as tractors. Social competence is also central, as you will be in regular contact with the horse owners.
You will help with stable work, feeding and fodder cultivation, but participation in the Besenbeiz and the training of young horses is also possible – due to the versatility, consideration can be given to your interests.
