Your tasks Responsibility for and participation in the operational business, achieving daily turnovers, supporting the ordering process and coordination of the team Motivating coordination between the service and back-of-house team and ensuring the high-quality VITO experience and VITO Hospitality Participating and contributing to team meetings and internal training Your profile You have completed a gastronomic training or bring approx. three years of professional experience with additional responsibility assignments You are a team player and succeed in motivating the team You are flexible in your deployment and resilient and appreciate the freedom of shift work You speak German and English well, whereby additional languages are a plus You feel comfortable in an intercultural and diverse team You love pizza as much as we do and want to share our common joy
