Your tasks * Technical and organizational management of an interdisciplinary care team in long-term care. * Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented care in accordance with current standards and guidelines. * Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees through targeted coaching, feedback, and accompaniment in everyday professional life. * Planning, coordination, and optimization of work processes as well as efficient resource and personnel management. * Close cooperation with the nursing service management and with internal and external specialist offices, especially dipl. nursing specialists. * Active participation in projects for quality development, process optimization, and further development of the care organization. * Ensuring a appreciative team culture and professional interaction with residents and relatives. Your profile * Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or FH (or equivalent recognition). * Several years of professional experience in long-term care, at least 3 years in a leadership or team management function. Especially important is the qualification as a dipl. nursing specialist. * Pronounced leadership and social skills with high communication skills and assertiveness. * High empathy and enjoyment of working with older and chronically ill people. * Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient way of working. * Motivation to take on responsibility and actively shape nursing and organizational processes.
