For our client, a renowned company in the insurance industry, we are looking for a motivated, service-oriented and team-capable person as a Claims Handler for Property Damage (m/w/d).
💼 Your tasks
✅ Independent handling of damage cases in the area of property and motor vehicle liability – from damage notification to completion
✅ Review and settlement of damage cases taking into account legal requirements and internal guidelines
✅ Telephone and written support for customers with the goal of finding rapid and competent solutions
✅ Coordination with various stakeholder groups such as customers, injured parties, experts and partners
✅ Ensuring efficient and high-quality claims handling
✅ Active support of the team as well as close cooperation with colleagues
✅ Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and workflows
🎯 Your profile
✔️ Completed commercial training or training in the insurance industry
✔️ Interest in claims handling and enjoyment of learning new things
✔️ Independent, structured and responsible way of working
✔️ High customer and service orientation as well as good negotiating skills
✔️ Empathetic personality with enjoyment of telephone and written communication
✔️ Very good German language skills in word and writing – additional language skills are a plus 🌍
✔️ Team spirit, commitment and a positive attitude
