As part of the development of its tax department, we are looking for a Corporate Tax Specialist to join its teams in Genève or Lausanne. A Corporate Tax Specialist Your responsibilities Advising a corporate clientele on Swiss taxation matters. Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns. Ensuring the follow-up of tax assessments and managing exchanges with the tax authorities. Participating in tax advisory mandates, particularly in the context of restructurings, reorganizations, and other specific operations. Working in close collaboration with the accounting, audit, and advisory teams to offer comprehensive support to clients. Your profile Higher education in taxation, law, economics, or finance. Proven experience in corporate taxation, ideally acquired in a fiduciary, a consulting firm, or a similar environment. Excellent knowledge of Swiss taxation. Analytical mindset, autonomy, and client orientation. Mastery of French; English is an asset.
