To join our team specialized in consulting and developing occupational pension provision (LPP), we are looking for a: Senior LPP Specialist (m/f) Your missions As an expert in occupational pension provision, you take on a central role of consulting, analysis and management on complex cases: Analyze and optimize occupational pension provision solutions (LPP) according to client needs and market developments; Participate in the development of the portfolio in collaboration with the sales teams; Support managers in handling complex cases (claims, coverage limitations, special situations); Organize and conduct client meetings, ensure follow-up and internal coordination; Carry out calls for tenders, analyze insurers' proposals and establish comparisons; Present recommendations and solutions to clients; Conduct LPP portfolio audits (prospects and existing clients); Write analysis and audit reports in collaboration with internal teams; Negotiate with insurance companies and pension funds; Ensure compliance with internal processes and strategic guidelines; Contribute to the loyalty and development of the existing client base. Your profile Solid academic background (Master HEC Finance, Actuarial Sciences or Master HES-SO related to the activity) or specialized training in insurance/pension planning (AFA, federal certificate in social insurance, federal certificate of specialist in staff pension provision or equivalent). Confirmed experience in LPP, ideally acquired in brokerage or business consulting; A first experience in management is an asset; Excellent knowledge of the Swiss pension system; Ability to manage complex cases with autonomy and rigor; Very good analytical skills and consulting sense; Relational ease and partner posture with demanding interlocutors; Mastery of French and good level of English (minimum C1).
