Job Description

• Independent management and organization of plastering and dry construction projects
• Coordination of construction sites, appointments, and personnel
• Quality assurance and monitoring of execution work
• Cost and performance monitoring, reporting, and billing
• Contact person for clients, architects, and subcontractors

Requirement Profile

• Completed vocational training as a plasterer, stucco worker, or comparable training
• Further training as a construction manager, foreman, or technician is an advantage
• Several years of experience in construction management or project management in the plastering trade
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a high level of personal responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, driver's license Cat. B
