The Luzerner Theater is a multi-genre house with the genres opera, play, dance, as well as children's and youth theater. With around 250 permanently employed employees and numerous guests, the Luzerner Theater is the largest cultural provider in Central Switzerland with various venues and international appeal. From the start of the new season 2026/2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a warm host personality as Service Assistant Theater Bar with Shift Management (m/w/d) Part-time position with hourly wage Your tasks:  Serving our guests at the theater bar, in the UG and in the box, each before the performance and during the break  Serving drinks and selling snacks  Responsible for the smooth service process as well as operational team management during the shift  Pre- and post-preparation work for the theater bar  Operating the cash register, settling daily sales  Participating in apéros, caterings and events To do this, you bring:  Open personality with pleasure in contact with the theater audience  Professional experience in service  Very good German and English skills, additional languages an advantage  Service orientation, team ability and reliability  Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends At the Luzerner Theater, you can expect a lively, varied everyday life in a dynamic cultural environment in the heart of Luzern.
