To strengthen our teams, we are looking for SOCIAL EDUCATORS (M/F) in CDI between 60% and 90% Your missions and responsibilities: Accompany residents according to their specific needs and their lifestyle habits Implement and follow up on the individualized projects of the beneficiaries Participate in maintaining a team dynamic within the framework of multidisciplinary work. Your ideal profile: Educator diploma from a recognized social school or holder of a CFC ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability Ease in interactions with residents and proven skills in the management of individualized projects Ability to rigorously apply accompaniment concepts Organizational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
