Our Roman Catholic parish Lenzburg corresponds to the Pastoralraum Region Lenzburg with around 11'000 Catholics in 19 political municipalities. As an elected body, the Church Council bears responsibility for personnel, finances, and real estate. It is supported in this by the parish administration in administrative and organizational tasks. To complement the team, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist who, together with the mandated fiduciary company, ensures and develops the financial administration of the parish. What it is about * Financial accounting: You actively participate in daily business and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable including dunning procedures, payment runs, as well as bank postings in HiSoft eGov. * Closings & Controlling: You participate in quarterly and annual closings according to the requirements of public law, monitor business processes, and prepare key figures as well as liquidity planning. * Payroll accounting: You manage payroll accounting including social insurance, expense reports, and settlements for hourly-paid personnel. * Budget: You participate in budget planning, accompany ongoing budget control, and provide meaningful financial information. * Audit: You prepare the necessary documents for the finance commission and the external audit body. * Collaboration: You work closely with the mandated fiduciary company, the administration management, and the finance department of the Church Council. * Processes and digitalization: You further develop existing financial processes and contribute to efficient, digital, and traceable workflows. * Real estate administration: You support administrative tasks related to real estate, rentals, and reservations. * Deputization: In defined tasks, you assume the deputization of the administration management.
