Procurement Clerk 100% (a)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of online orders including all associated activities
• Independent procurement of C-parts
• Procurement of office materials and printed matter
• Master data maintenance in online portals
• Management and filing of safety data sheets (SDS) as well as service contracts
• Invoice processing and document filing
• Support of the procurement team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Deputy for the Operational Buyer if required

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or an administrative environment is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Good organizational skills and high initiative
• Impeccable reputation
