In the social assistance area, we are looking for a committed personality as a

Social Worker (60-80%) ##

by agreement for the duration of a maternity cover until 31.05.2027.

Your main tasks include:

• Investigations regarding personal / economic circumstances during new intakes
• Management of social assistance cases according to SKOS guidelines and the Social Assistance Act
• Consultations within the framework of personal assistance
• Processing the financial affairs of the clients (creating budgets, asserting financial claims against third parties, etc.)
• Formulating applications
• Promoting professional and social integration
• Documenting work in the case management system and performing administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Degree FH in Social Work or Higher Vocational School (HF) in Social Pedagogy

or commercial training with professional experience in the social sector, preferably with further training (Fachspezialist/in Öffentliches Sozialwesen IVM, social insurance specialist with federal diploma) or willingness to complete such

• Knowledge of social insurance is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
