For more than 15 years, Isoleco has been insulating houses and buildings throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Based in Grancy, our teams install high-performance and often natural insulators, such as cellulose wadding made from recycled paper, in attics, roofs, or cavity walls. Concrete work, in service of the energy transition.

Do you know insulation inside out, and do you like a well-maintained construction site and a team that moves forward together? This position is made for you. Your objective: a job well done, delivered on time, with a cohesive team proud of what it has accomplished.

What you will do

• You lead your team of 2 to 3 people: morning briefing, task allocation, site organization
• You read plans, you install with your team, and you control that the work is well done
• You manage the material on the construction site, from order to delivery, as well as the vehicle
• You are the face of Isoleco to the client, the architect, and the works management
• You ensure compliance with Suva rules and train new colleagues
• You fill out site reports, time reports, and work logs

Who you are

• You are a carpenter CFC or have an equivalent training, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in insulation
• You master all types of insulation and you know how to read a plan
• You have already led a team
• You set an example: reactive, organized, and rigorous, including with paperwork
• You are comfortable with clients, architects, and works management
• Permit G or B mandatory, perfect command of French
• You hold a category B driving license (BE is an asset)
