• Preparing the various cold and hot menus while considering the nutritional guidelines of the Kantonsspital St.Gallen
• Qualitatively and quantitatively flawless provision of daily meals for patients, employees, and guests
• Alternating area of activity in production, manufacturing, and in the front area with customer contact
• Assisting in all processes of a kitchen operation as well as supporting the training of apprentices in basic vocational training Cook EFZ

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed vocational training as a Cook or Dietetic Cook as well as several years of professional experience
• Experience in a hospital kitchen desirable
• Ambition and interest to deepen your expertise and contribute new ideas
• Team player, reliable, and resilient personality
