Das Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. We also offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden facilities, and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (m/w/d) Day Shifts Dementia Ward Your tasks: • Taking over daily responsibility • Care and support of the residents in all day shifts • Administrative and organizational tasks • Execution and compliance with medical prescriptions • Correct management of the nursing documentation LOBOS according to interRAI LTCF • Vocational trainer for our AGS and FaGe apprentices or assistance in their training What you bring with you: • Training as a Pflegefachperson HF, Fachfrau-/mann Langzeitpflege und Betreuung or equivalent/recognized training • Joy in dealing with experienced, care-dependent elderly people • Commitment, motivation, as well as the willingness to take on responsibility • High social competence, flexibility, and reliability • Good communication skills as well as humor • Good PC user skills If you want to pull on the same rope with us, you are exactly right with us!
