Construction Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out feasibility studies for projects
• Establish and monitor building permit applications
• Ensure control of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Manage calls for tenders, quotes, and submissions
• Develop execution plans and technical details
• Plan, organize, and manage construction sites on technical and administrative levels

Profile

• CFC in building drafting or architect training completed by construction manager training
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in management and supervision of construction sites
• Sense of responsibility, organizational rigor, and team spirit
• Excellent mastery of French, any other language is an asset
• Driver's license indispensable
