Your tasks Setup and subsequent development of a central treasury function for the entire IDAK Food Group Strategic and operational responsibility for group-wide cash and liquidity management Introduction and control of professional liquidity planning across all group companies Further development of working capital management for sustainable optimization of liquidity management Maintenance, support and development of relationships with banks and financing partners Monitoring of financing agreements, covenants and country-specific reporting Identification, analysis and management of treasury risks, particularly in the areas of foreign currencies, financing and governance Concept and implementation of a group-wide cash pooling Selection and implementation of a group-wide treasury management system Close collaboration with the Group CFO, local CFOs and other finance functions within the group Your profile Completed degree in finance, business administration, banking or a comparable field At least five years of professional experience in treasury, corporate finance or a comparable finance-related environment, ideally in an international corporate environment In-depth experience in liquidity management, cash forecasting, financing management and bank relationship management Experience in introducing or developing treasury systems, processes and guidelines is an advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented work as well as the ability to actively drive topics forward and build sustainable structures Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in using design scope and developing sustainable solutions Distinct analytical skills and a high degree of self-initiative Distinct communication strength and the ability to successfully coordinate different stakeholders at group level Very good German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage We offer A newly created key role with great design scope and visible influence on the further development of the group The opportunity to build up and shape a central treasury function in the long term Direct reporting line to the Group CFO and close collaboration with the Group Management An international corporate environment with short decision-making paths, high self-responsibility and direct impact on the financial management of the group Flexible working conditions, place of work in Spreitenbach with the possibility of two home office days per week Modern employment conditions as well as attractive development and design opportunities Have we sparked your interest?
