• Overall responsibility for the leadership, design, development and quality of the Sekundarschule Arlesheim-Münchenstein as well as leadership and coordination of the school management team
• Responsibility for pedagogical school leadership and development
• Leading employees
• Communication, advice and conflict management with all school participants

Your background

• Teaching authorization for Sekundarstufe I and several years of teaching experience at the target level
• Recognized school management training and several years of leadership experience in a school management function
• Skill in dealing with people and ability to interact in a solution-oriented manner with students, parents, teachers and authorities
• strong communication skills, interest in structured and sustainable school development

Sekundarschule Arlesheim-Münchenstein

At the Sekundarschule Arlesheim-Münchenstein, 30 classes with around 650 students are taught and supervised by approx. 100 teaching and specialist staff at two locations.
You will meet a committed and well-coordinated school management team that knows the school, takes responsibility and looks forward to joint further development with you.

The position can also be taken up as a Co-Rectorate with 50 % each.
