Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Sales Consultant.

Tasks

You are responsible for customer and candidate satisfaction as well as increasing turnover with existing customers in the Basel region and undertake personal support. Together with your team colleagues, you help to ensure that the qualitative and quantitative goals of the branch are met or exceeded. A first-class customer and candidate service at Adecco includes the following activities:

• In the area of temporary and permanent placement, you are responsible for filling the open vacancies of our customers in the greater Basel region, develop exciting and appealing job advertisements and publish them at the right time in the right place
• You actively search for new candidates for your customers on various channels, and help with the introduction of Direct Search strategies and concepts
• The subsequent applications are thoroughly reviewed and immediately evaluated by you
• Through your intuition about people, you enable the best possible match between potential candidates and customers and ensure a great experience
• You independently manage a customer base, in both field and office service, and continuously expand this through versatile acquisition activities
• You stay up to date regarding market developments in the Basel region

To put it in a nutshell: Proactive candidate and customer support as well as independent handling of the complete placement process, up to and including contract negotiations and a successful conclusion, is your job.

Profile

With your commercial training and further education in the field of business administration and/or sales, you already bring important requirements for this position.

• You are a convincing sales professional with several years of experience in sales
• You have a high affinity and understanding for digitalization, social media and technologies
• Your extraordinary degree of self-motivation, structured approach and personal responsibility are the foundation of your proactive way of working
• You are a communication talent and can express this in very good German. English and French skills are an advantage
• Your valid driver's license Cat. B is essential in this activity
