In the actuarial and statistical department, you will take over the insurance-mathematical responsibility for several capital risk insurances, a mixed insurance, and two fund savings products. We are looking for a committed, pragmatic personality who likes to take on personal responsibility. You will be gradually introduced during an extended handover phase. This is what you can expect ### • You ensure that the calculations of the insurance-technical obligations and the insurance-technical part of the SST are correct and timely. • You create and adapt life insurance tariffs according to legal requirements and ensure that they are correctly implemented in the system by the IT team (including tests and acceptance). • You provide all relevant key figures and documents for life insurance to the FINMA and management. • You are responsible for several reports. • You are the central contact person for insurance-mathematical questions regarding life insurance. • For these tasks, you often work interdisciplinary with other specialists. • There are development opportunities in health insurance and data analysis. This is what you bring ### • You have a degree with a strong mathematical or quantitative focus (FH or university) and ideally an actuarial further education such as Actuary SAV. • You have in-depth knowledge of actuarial models and methods in life insurance. • You enjoy analyzing special cases in the IT system, understanding them, and demonstrating their correctness. • You have a secure handling of Excel and knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL, VBA, R) is an advantage. • You implement theoretical knowledge and new regulatory requirements into practical solutions. • You approach problems analytically and pragmatically and solve tasks independently. • You can simplify complex issues and communicate them orally and in writing in flawless German, addressing the target group.
