For our client, an established property management company with its own real estate holdings, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality as:

Cleaning Staff 100% (m/f/d) ##

Area of responsibility:

• Cleaning of stairwells, elevators and common areas
• Maintenance and property cleaning
• Cleaning of outdoor and surrounding areas
• Checking for damage or abnormalities
• General cleaning work in the managed properties

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Careful working and a good eye for cleanliness
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance

• 100% workload, Monday to Friday
• 13 monthly salaries
• Company vehicle for travel between the objects
