• You carry out planned maintenance and inspections on technical systems professionally
• You resolve malfunctions in fire alarm systems (BMA), parking guidance systems, building technology, and other operation-critical systems
• You ensure the safe operation of the technical systems through regular checks and rounds
• You undertake minor maintenance, repair, and restoration work within the scope of your professional expertise
• You look after and monitor technical systems such as fire alarm systems and parking guidance systems
• You coordinate and accompany external service providers and subcontractors during on-site assignments
• You perform on-call duties according to the deployment planning and ensure rapid fault rectification
• You actively report risks, malfunctions, and optimization potential and document performed work as well as necessary follow-up measures
• You have completed HLKS training or basic manual training
• You bring professional experience in a comparable function
• You have a strong technical understanding and are enthusiastic about technical systems
• You have experience in the care, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building technology systems and their controls
