ICT Specialist (80-100 %)

Dagmersellen is a steadily growing, innovative municipality with a good transport location in the Luzerner Wiggertal. For this newly created position, we are looking for a/an
Area of responsibility
First-level support
Setting up workstations
Support in resolving all IT problems and malfunctions in multimedia systems
Carrying out software updates
Evaluation/procurement of IT infrastructure and management of the ICT inventory
Maintaining and updating IT documentation
Supporting IT projects
Requirements
Experience in IT support (preferably in first-level support)
ideally completed training as an ICT Fachmann/frau EFZ
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS and Synology NAS
Basic knowledge of network components and multimedia devices
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge in script development and automation
High communication, organizational and teamwork skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
