Your tasks

Sales & Customer Advice

• Warm welcome and proactive care of our customers
• Competent advice on products and services
• Recognizing customer needs and finding suitable solutions
• Sale of devices, subscriptions and additional products
• Attractive presentation of products and services in the shop
• Co-design and contribution of ideas for the further development of the shop experience

Logistics & Administration

• Checking new deliveries regarding quality and quantity
• Processing of goods returns
• Receipt of repaired devices and preparation for customer handover
• Informing customers about the readiness for collection of their devices
• Support during inventories

Your profile: - Completed vocational training (EFZ/EBA) in a sales, retail or service environment

• Joy in sales and daily customer contact
• Interest in telecommunications, smartphones and new technologies
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
• Strong communication and sympathetic personality
• Team player with a well-groomed appearance and impeccable reputation
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
