Job Description

Your daily tasks and responsibilities

• Full management of Part 145 (Maintenance) quotes from receipt of the quote request until the delivery of the technical evaluation of the work package to the Sales department
• Receive quote requests and work packages from the Sales department
• Verify that all documents/information necessary for the evaluation of the work package are available (work package, task cards, SB, kit information, LOPA, auxiliary tank configuration, ...)
• Request additional technical information from the customer if necessary
• Evaluate the provided work package and analyze each task
• Prepare the quote document and fill it with man-hours, access information, assumptions, proposed downtime, and material/tooling information
• Research material/tooling prices with the support of the purchasing department
• Validate the quote document with the Maintenance managers
• Send the quote document to the Sales and capacity planning departments
• Update the quote document during the quoting phase if revisions are necessary
• Assist Production and Planning during project preparation (material, tooling, identification of critical task cards, delivery of the work package to the supervisor)
• Actively participate in the development of a database system, work procedures, and tools with the aim of improving the efficiency and transparency of the quoting process
• Ensure that the required administrative steps are handled and followed up to ensure adequate support and to guarantee compliance with all requirements of the Maintenance Organisation Exposition
• Work in accordance with applicable procedures according to the Design Organisation Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organisation Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and other AMAC specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety rules during all activities

Collaboration with other positions / departments

• Collaborate with Maintenance supervisors and managers
• Collaborate with workshop supervisors and managers
• Collaborate with the Sales and Purchasing departments

Your expertise and skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation with required technical knowledge
• Experience as a mechanical technician, avionics technician, or planning engineer would be an advantage
• Technical knowledge of Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing, or Gulfstream aircraft
• Experience in maintenance in the business/corporate aviation sector would be an advantage
• Good understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
• Familiarity with aircraft manufacturer portals and maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, AMOS, Flight-docs, etc.)
• Current HF, FTS, EWIS, and Part 145 continuation certifications
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Written and oral proficiency in English; French and/or German is an advantage
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work in an administrative/technical environment
