Your area of responsibility includes:

• Oral and written contact in DE/EN with international agents and partners
• Creation and calculation of offers in our industry system
• Support and advice for customers in DE/EN
• Coordination of various modes of transport worldwide with agents and freight forwarding partners
• Independent processing of international moves via air freight, sea freight and truck
• Price and quality control of completed moving projects

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in the moving, forwarding or transport industry
• Whether from the moving, forwarding, travel or another service-oriented environment: with us, organizational talent and customer orientation count
• Career changers from service-oriented industries welcome
• Fluent German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment and experience in dealing with customers as well as international partners
