Sought profile \- Nursing Assistant diploma \- At least two years of experience in acute care mandatory, ideally in CHU \- Mastery of French at a B2 level Expected professional and personal qualities \- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team \- Ease of communication with patients and colleagues \- Autonomy in organizing and carrying out tasks \- Empathy, sense of human contact and calm attitude \- Rigor in work organization Main responsibilities \- Monitoring of patients' health, follow-up of vital parameters and transmission of observations \- Implementation of hygiene care, assistance with toileting and dressing while promoting autonomy \- Accompaniment in daily activities, help with meals, hydration monitoring and support during transfers \- Contribution to maintaining social ties through a benevolent and attentive presence \- Close collaboration with the nursing and medical team to ensure continuity and quality of care If you identify with this profile and wish to join a committed team, we will be happy to study your application!
