Your tasks - This is what you can achieve

• You lead GRÜN Ivaris AG operationally and strategically, with full responsibility for results, and report to the Board of Directors.
• You expand our market position in the Swiss education market, with the existing products and a clear product roadmap.
• You personally look after strategic customers and are the contact person for cantons, OdAs and universities.

Your profile - This is what you bring with you

• Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for results, ideally in an SME or software house
• Familiarity with the Swiss education and vocational training system and with public clients
• Good understanding of software products and development methods, finance, pricing and sales
• Clear, appreciative communication, decisiveness and down-to-earthness
• Business fluent German, French is an advantage
• Residence in Switzerland and regular presence in Wallisellen
