YOUR TASKS

• Support/representation of the Head of Guest Services as well as active participation in the further development of the department.
• You look after our patients actively, empathetically, and warmly -- and are the first point of contact for non-medical requests.
• You ensure smooth meal ordering through to service including beverage service -- with a smile and much intuition.
• You coordinate catering requests between medicine, nutritional counseling, and the kitchen.
• Order in the patient room is important to you -- you create an atmosphere for well-being.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, or in the healthcare sector.
• Training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and fluently in German.
• You have a good intuition for people, are team-oriented, and are flexibly deployable (Mon--Sun).
• You can handle IT programs very well and work in a structured manner.

We work in shift operation from Monday to Sunday, between 6:30 and 18:30 -- without split shifts, without split hours. This also leaves time for your private life.
