Your tasks

• In this role, you will take on personnel, organizational, and technical leadership in a dual leadership model of the openly managed psychotherapy station 2 with 20 beds.
• You will continuously develop the quality of care and treatment in line with economic requirements and together with the team.
• Team development and employee promotion on the station are also part of your area of responsibility.
• You will participate in cross-departmental projects and actively shape the therapeutic milieu and the processes on the station.
• The networking and coordination of nursing within the framework of the reference person system and participation in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional treatment team is important to us.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition required for foreign diplomas), ideally with a focus on psychiatry. Experience in the field of psychiatry or interest in specializing in this field is an advantage.
• You have several years of professional experience and, desirably, have already gained initial leadership experience and have already deepened this in leadership training or are ready to do so.
• You recognize problems, solve them with a view to the future, and enjoy working interdisciplinary and sustainably.
• You bring a high willingness to engage with the development of modern psychiatric treatment.
• As a resilient and open-minded personality, you convince with high social and communication competence and possess very good organizational skills.

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.

Preboarding

Between the acceptance of the position and the first working day, as a new employee, you can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

First working day

On the first day, onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues awaits you. You will settle into your new workplace and get an overview of your next tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
