For our customer, a company from the pharma industry, we are looking for you as Production Employee Packaging 100% 2 or 3-shift Job Description Execution of the manufacturing processes according to the production plan as well as applicable GMP, work, environmental, and safety regulations Monitoring of the production plants and rooms, recognizing anomalies and initiating measures in the event of a malfunction Sampling, controls, and documentation of the manufacturing steps according to GMP Cleaning, disinfection, and order (5S) in the production area Management of consumables as well as professional disposal of production waste Compliance with HSE requirements as well as proper handling of biological and chemical substances Participation in training and active contribution to continuous improvement Readiness for shift work Desired Profile Completed vocational training (mandatory) At least 2-3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production (mandatory) Sound GMP knowledge (mandatory) Careful, exact way of working as well as high quality and responsibility awareness Readiness for shift and occasional weekend/holiday work Good German skills in speaking and writing Please note that we cannot consider applicants without a CH-recognized degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in pharma due to customer requirements.
