The Grand Hôtel and Centre Thermal is looking for: AN ASSISTANT MAITRE D'HOTEL (H/F) CDI – 100% Your profile: Holder of a Hotel School diploma or CFC catering Minimum 2 years of experience in the field Mastery of the French language Good knowledge of English Organized, flexible, dynamic, rigorous, able to take initiatives Your tasks: Support the F\&B manager in their functions and replace them in their absence; Ensure the maintenance of the quality of services and respect for Groupe Boas standards; Participate in room service and guarantee its excellence; Participate in conference services and guarantee its excellence; Ensure customer follow-up; Know perfectly the products and offers of the restaurant, bar and seminars; Manage and monitor daily stocks, create inventories; Monitor hours and attendance in Mirus; Order and receive goods (drinks, linen, economy); Participate actively in continuous improvement in terms of both quality and performance.
