Backoffice Employee, approx. 30 % #

Tasks

• Autonomous management of foreign currency orders for all Coop deposit offices, including the plausibility check of stocks and order volumes as well as the processing of online foreign currency orders for our clients
• Assistance and communication with internal and external clients via email, telephone and MS Teams
• Management and updating of master data and client formalities
• Performance of checks and reconciliation work
• Support for document digitization and digital archiving

Requirements

• Basic commercial knowledge or ongoing studies
• Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing as well as good oral knowledge in French; knowledge of Italian is an asset
• Strong sense of numbers as well as a careful and structured way of working
• Great discretion and sense of responsibility in the processing of sensitive data
• Availability one fixed day per week as well as flexibility for replacements during holidays
