Specialized Educator

We are looking for one of our clients in the Geneva area, as part of a temporary mission with the possibility of a fixed-term contract, a specialized educator. Your mission: Accompany children and adolescents daily in an educational foster home. Ensure their safety, well-being and promote their development in a structured framework. Implement individualized educational support adapted to their needs. Manage complex situations with professionalism and kindness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent support. Participate in writing observations, educational follow-up and intervention tracking. Work in partnership with families and the Geneva child protection network. Ensure respect for the institutional framework and educational projects. Required skills: You have excellent relational, listening and observational skills. You know how to remain calm in complex situations. You are organized, autonomous and appreciate team work. You demonstrate reliability, availability and flexibility. You master French perfectly, both spoken and written. You have a professional, supportive, kind and respectful posture of the institutional framework. Knowledge of the Geneva child protection network is a real asset. Your profile: You hold a recognized degree in the field of specialized education or social work. You have experience in child protection, ideally in a residential foster home. You are comfortable accompanying children and adolescents with complex life paths.
