Who are we?

The Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle HEFP is the Swiss expert organization for vocational education and training. We offer training and continuing education to vocational education and training managers, we conduct research projects on vocational education and training, we contribute to the development of professions and support international cooperation in the field of vocational education and training. Our sites are located in Zollikofen near Berne (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.

Your responsibilities

• Teaching within the framework of teacher training, mainly in the DBP-DES-DMP-DSP diploma tracks of the Training sector, including preparation, supervision of persons in training and monitoring of teaching, in compliance with the curricula
• Evaluation of student performance according to the regulations
• Advising and supporting persons in training, notably by means of visits in professional situations and within the framework of diploma work
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to teaching
• Technological monitoring and maintenance of didactic skills
• Development of courses and services within the framework of the training tracks
• Participation in regional or national coordination and development meetings at the level of the relevant study track and sector

Your profile

• Teacher in vocational education and training (higher education level title, master's in psychology or in educational sciences or equivalent), pedagogical training and with confirmed experience in adult training
• Experience in teaching in vocational education and training (initial or higher education) and very good knowledge of the vocational education and training network
• In-depth skills in psychopedagogy, didactics, individual support. Experience in specialized teaching would be an asset.
• Pedago-digital skills in teaching and mastery of IT tools
• Ease in contacts
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Spirit of initiative
• Sense of organization and rigor in work
• Excellent mastery of spoken and written French, good knowledge of another national language
