We are looking for VOé services SA for a:

Billing and customer data manager

Your main responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring of contracts (fluids, electricity, gas)
• Management of meter reading rounds
• Updating of meters
• Various correspondence related to billing and contracts
• Management of the persons and objects database
• Issuance, sending and monitoring of invoices in large quantities
• Management of calls (second support for telephone customer reception)

Your talents and your experience:

• CFC in commercial employee (or equivalent)
• Sense of organization, methodical and rigorous
• Autonomous and versatile, having team spirit
• Native French speaker (other languages an asset)
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Knowledge of the software "Innosolvenergy", an asset
