CNC Setter in 2x8 shift (M/F)

For one of our clients, a renowned watch manufacture based in the Montagnes Neuchâteloises, we are looking for a CNC Setter (M/F) to strengthen its production teams.

CNC Setter in 2x8 shift (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Perform setups and start-ups on Bumotec S1000 machining centers
• Ensure the launch, monitoring, and optimization of the production of watch links and clasps
• Perform tool changes and necessary dimension corrections during manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with quality and productivity requirements
• Perform visual and dimensional controls using standard measuring tools
• Identify production drifts and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Participate in first-level maintenance and the good condition of equipment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Your profile:

• CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in CNC machine setting
• Solid experience on Bumotec S1000 or on multi-axis CNC machining centers dedicated to watch production
• Good mastery of Fanuc controls and ISO programming
• Excellent knowledge of cutting tools and machining conditions
• Mastery of dimensional control instruments
• Keen sense of quality, precision, and detail
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized personality
• Team spirit, flexibility, and ability to evolve in a demanding environment
