Operations Electrician (a)

Goal of the role:

The goal of this position is to ensure trouble-free and safe operation of the electrical systems through professional maintenance, repair, and optimization work. Through the rapid rectification of faults, support with new installations, as well as the continuous improvement of processes and systems, high availability and operational safety are guaranteed. At the same time, the role makes an important contribution to compliance with safety standards and to sustainable efficiency increases in technical operations.

Your tasks:

Carrying out fault rectification as well as repair and maintenance work on low-voltage installations

Support with new installations, commissioning of systems, and alerting emergency services if necessary

Assessment of risks and determination of suitable measures in connection with work on electrical systems

Taking over on-call duty for one week per month

Planning and optimization of processes, machines, systems, as well as material and repair costs

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as Montage-Elektriker EFZ or Elektroinstallateur EFZ

Installation permit NIV 13 or the corresponding prerequisites for acquiring the permit

Experience with industrial systems and/or as an operations electrician is an advantage

Knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology as well as PLC controls is an advantage

Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality

Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working

Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite

Readiness for on-call duty as well as occasional special assignments to rectify technical faults

Interest in continuous further training and technical challenges
