Team Leader for Painting Sector

Your mission / In support of the sector manager, you coordinate and supervise the teams on site. You organize interventions, distribute tasks and ensure compliance with safety, quality and deadline rules. You participate in road marking work, day and night, ensuring the safety of employees and users. You prepare surfaces and apply markings in accordance with current standards. You ensure the maintenance and restoration of urban furniture, playgrounds as well as the realization of painting and renovation work in communal buildings. As a relay for the sector manager, you control the quality and conformity of the work carried out and ensure the proper functioning of vehicles, equipment and site materials. In winter, you participate in snow removal service and ensure periods of on-call duty, implying a place of residence near La Chaux-de-Fonds. Your profile / Personal skills / Holder of a CFC painter or an equivalent title, you have proven experience in the same type of activities. You have a sense of organization and responsibility, appreciate team work and possess real leadership skills. You possess a driver's license (category B). Organized, you are a flexible, rigorous person accustomed to heavy work. Comfortable with night work and irregular schedules, you know how to work autonomously and take initiatives.
