For a hospital in the Bern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) for a permanent position. Different clinical pictures and complex patient situations ensure a professionally diverse daily routine. You manage the nursing process, work closely with the medical service as well as other specialist departments, and can contribute and expand your competencies in the long term

Your tasks at the new employer

• Take over the holistic care and support of patients and are responsible for the nursing process from planning to evaluation
• Assess health changes, set priorities, and initiate the necessary nursing measures
• Coordinate with the medical service and other professional groups and actively contribute your nursing perspective to the treatment
• Ensure complete nursing documentation as well as a reliable flow of information upon admission, transfer, and discharge

• You have a degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the acute care area of a hospital
• In demanding situations, you act in a structured manner, set priorities, and maintain an overview even with high dynamics
