Construction Site Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the progress of construction sites while ensuring compliance with deadlines, standards, and contractual requirements
• Study plans, define execution methods, and plan the different phases of the work
• Organize the human, material, and technical resources necessary for the successful completion of the projects
• Prepare estimates, manage calls for tender, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure the financial monitoring of construction sites, control costs, and optimize budgets
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (architects, engineers, partner companies)
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality rules on all sites

Profile

• Training in the field of building construction (construction site manager, engineer, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in construction site management
• Strong skills in organization and project management
• Ability to anticipate, plan, and manage priorities effectively
• Team spirit, leadership, and sense of responsibility
