For our customer, we are looking for an ambitious and technically proficient personality as a Service Technician International (m/f/d). You will support international customers, carry out worldwide service assignments, and assist in the further development of modern measurement and control technology.

Service Technician International (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Support of international customers during commissioning, maintenance, and technical questions
• Execution of worldwide service assignments with a travel component of approx. 50 %
• Technical training and instruction of customers on-site and digitally
• Support at trade fairs as well as the sales organization and national representative offices
• Creation of technical documentation, layouts, and schematics
• Feedback of service findings into product development
• Analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions

Your profile ###

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as an Elektroniker EFZ or comparable
• High willingness for worldwide business trips
• Very good German, English, Italian, and Spanish skills
• Further foreign languages an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Quick comprehension as well as flexibility and resilience
• Good MS-Office skills
• Team player and open to new technologies and tasks
