YOUR TASKS

• Providing correct information to our patients, visitors, customers, doctors, suppliers, and employees
• Forwarding incoming calls to the correct contact person
• Responsibility for cash management and mail processing at the reception
• Administrative support of patients during their admission and discharge as well as additional assumption of assigned tasks from patient administration
• Readiness to work on weekends and public holidays, 7-day week, early, middle, and late shifts from 05:45 AM - 08:00 PM

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualification as a hotel specialist or basic commercial training with experience at a reception and/or in the healthcare sector
• Good IT user skills and impeccable German language skills are a prerequisite, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• Friendly, helpful, and empathetic personality
• Calm and deliberate way of thinking and acting, high resilience
• Organizational talent, independent way of working, good communication skills, high customer orientation
