• Order processing from the order to the delivery
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Processing of complaints and customer requests
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with Purchasing, Technical, Production and Supply Chain

• Commercial training
• Experience in Customer Service / Internal Sales
• Very good German and English
• Good PC and ERP knowledge
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Process understanding and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding and experience in a production environment is an advantage
