The Abteilung Immobilien Stadt Bern manages and looks after the extensive municipal real estate portfolio. What you move Representing Immobilien Stadt Bern as the owner of real property internally and externally in real estate law cases of the financial assets Supervision, management and further development of the building rights contracts in the financial assets including the conduct of contract negotiations Collaboration on assigned matters of portfolio management as well as on transaction business in the financial and administrative assets Submission of applications to the responsible municipal bodies as well as collaboration in the processing of political matters Consistent maintenance and management of the associated master data in SAP What you bring Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by specialist further training in real estate (e.g., CAS Immobilienbewertung, Eidg. dipl.
